Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 August 2026
These terms apply whenever you book a mobile tyre fitting, repair, or roadside assistance callout with Dial A Tyre 247. By booking a callout, you agree to them.
Who we are
Dial A Tyre 247 provides mobile tyre fitting, tyre repair, roadside and motorway tyre assistance, mobile wheel balancing, locking wheel nut removal, mobile car and van battery services, and vehicle recovery, across the counties listed on our Locations page. You can contact us by phone on 07718 000299, via WhatsApp on the same number, or using the enquiry form on our Contact page.
Vehicles we cover
We work on cars and vans. We don't currently cover motorcycles, mopeds, bicycles or e-scooters.
Booking a callout
When you call, WhatsApp, or request a callback, we'll ask for your vehicle registration number, tyre size if you know it, your current location, what you need, and when you need it — for a roadside or motorway callout, also your direction of travel and the nearest junction. We aim to reach you within 30 minutes — call and we'll confirm your exact ETA, always qualified by your location, traffic, technician availability, stock and current demand — a target, not a guarantee.
Assessment, repair and replacement
Where a tyre problem is reported rather than a straightforward fitting, we inspect the tyre on-site before deciding whether it can be safely and legally repaired, or whether replacement is needed. We won't know for certain until we've had a proper look, and we'll always confirm the price with you before starting any work.
Payment
We accept credit cards, debit cards, BACS/bank transfer and cash. Payment is due once the work is complete, based on the price confirmed with you beforehand.
Cancelling or rearranging
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate this.
Liability
We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill. We're responsible for direct loss or damage caused by our negligence, but we're not responsible for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud — these can never be excluded under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
