What we collect
When you use the "Request a Callback" form on this site, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Anything you choose to tell us about the problem (optional)
When you use the general enquiry form on our Contact page, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your message
- Your phone number (optional)
That's all either form asks for. We don't operate an online account or checkout system, so we don't collect payment card details through this website — payment is arranged directly with the technician who attends. If you call or message us on WhatsApp instead of using a form, we only see whatever you choose to tell us during that call or conversation.
Why we collect it, and our lawful basis
We use your name, contact details and message solely to respond to your enquiry, discuss your tyre or vehicle problem, and arrange a callout if you'd like to proceed. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and — for the same reason — is also in our legitimate interest as a business responding to a genuine enquiry. We do not use this information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
How your data is handled
When you submit either form, your details are sent by email to our team using Resend, a transactional email delivery service, so we don't store submissions in a database on this website — the request exists as an email in our team's inbox. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the request on its way to us but does not see the content beyond what's needed to deliver it.
We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law.
